Our Mission Statement is simple yet bold, with vast implications on how America views the administering of healthcare services in the future. We have invested our lives in the belief that the highest quality healthcare will, and must, be provided in the home.
GoldLeaf is extremely personal to us. We both committed to creating a better home care model based upon our experiences with our own mothers. We both explored the franchise agencies that dominate this industry and both of us felt it was the wrong way to provide exceptional care. What might work for a hamburger does not work well for the unique, personal needs of a senior seeking a loving companion or trusted nurse. We believe that when a client calls, they should speak to us directly or a member of our management team, not an answering service or voice mail. We believe that when our client wants to pay in advance or arrears, or wants to select the specific carepartner matched with their mom for personal care, or wants to make changes to the care plan or any legal contracts, they should be able to do just that. We are 100% dedicated to making decisions at GoldLeaf that benefit our clients and our employees, not some disattached parent company.
