David Geras is the co-founder and CEO of GoldLeaf HomeCare. After a successful 25 year career in global technology sales, marketing and business development management positions with industry leaders IBM, BMC, Sun Microsystems, Sony and NEC, Mr. Geras decided to shift career directions and establish a home health services company to better meet the needs of America’s aging population.
Director of Nursing
Cholena received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dickinson State University and is currently the Director of Nursing at GoldLeaf HomeHealth. She has 18 years of Healthcare experience. Cholena is a Registered Nurse and also maintains her Nursing Home Administrator License and also her Assisted Living Operator. A strong advocate for clients and families with a desire to provide quality outcomes and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Chief Operations Officer of HomeHealth Services
Cate has spent over 40 years as both a clinician and administrative leader. She has extensive experience in both the acute care and post-acute environment. Her responsibilities have included business development and agency operations. Empowering clients and families to be active participant in their health care and wellness choices remains Cate’s driving passion.
Director of Internal Operations
Honey has a personal desire to make a difference in people’s lives. She’s given that opportunity at GoldLeaf every day thru daily communications with clients, carepartners and the management team. Honey is a master of scheduling and can quite literally “do it all” which she is frequently asked to do! She is very smart, quick on her feet, extraordinarily hard-working, and offers strong personal integrity with a positive attitude every day! She brings vast experience in both home care and human resources to the GoldLeaf Team.
Director of Marketing
Cindy brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing and sales, business development, leadership, and relationship management. Cindy held the position of Market Development Director for Johns Manville, where she covered nine states throughout the Rocky Mountain and Northwest territories. After working in the building industry for nine years, Cindy’s true passion and calling became her focus as she transitioned into the senior living and healthcare industry.
Director of Client Services
I started my career in the health care field as a cna when I was 15 years old. I enjoyed working with the elderly population and continued to work as a cna for the next 8 years. While attending college at the University of Nebraska at Kearney I received my QMAP certification and began working in a near by Assisted living.
Director of Clinical Administration
My name is Tanya Pickett. I‘ve been working in healthcare for 24 years started off as a home health care provider. As time went on I found myself on the business and accounting side of healthcare for Alzheimer’s, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing facilities.
I recently became familiar with GoldLeaf when I applied for an on-call staffing coordinator position. it is a familiar area that utilizes my previous health care experience in the field as a home care provider.
HR and Recruiting Manager
Johanna originally hails from the Seattle area and lived in New York City before making Denver her home. In the past, Johanna was a recruiter in the healthcare security industry, provided executive assisting for a growing church plant and managed several busy Starbucks stores in Manhattan with as many as 40 employees. Connecting with people is a passion of Johanna’s, and she especially loves adding talented, positive individuals to the team at GoldLeaf. The core values of GoldLeaf are very important to her, and identifying CarePartners, nurses, and therapists who share our values is critical to continuing the legacy of outstanding care that GoldLeaf is known for. When Johanna isn’t working, you can find her volunteering at a local non-profit, playing guitar and singing or hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park.
