Whether you need care a few times a week or 24 hours a day, let us be your in-home care provider.

GoldLeaf CarePartners are compassionate in-home care professionals who are thoroughly screened, bonded and insured. They complete our proprietary training program and participate in an ongoing continuing education program throughout their employment with our team. Companion Care:

Mobile Care:

  • Provide transportation to the doctor, hairdresser or other appointments
  • Grocery or other shopping
  • Visit neighbors and friends
  • Escort to appointments (doctor, etc.)
  • Accompany to lunch or dinner
  • Escort for shopping, errands, plays, and concerts
  • Escort to religious services
  • Attend club meetings, sporting events, plays or concerts
  • Help with airport tasks

Homemaker Services:

  • Plan nutritional meals following any special diets and keep hydrated
  • Prepare nutritional meals and clean up afterwards
  • Encourage nutritional diet and hydration
  • Plan, prepare and freeze future meals
  • Provide light housekeeping
  • Do laundry and ironing
  • Take out garbage
  • Change bed linens and make beds
  • Dust furniture
  • Organize and clean closets

Personal Care:

  • Mobility assistance and assisted transfers
  • Turning and positioning assistance (basic)
  • Stand-by and assist with walking
  • Provide bathing assistance (tub, shower, or bed bath)
  • Help with dressing
  • Assist with feeding
  • Perform grooming assistance and nail care (basic)
  • Help with basic oral hygiene and care
  • Incontinence care
  • Encourage range of motion exercises
  • Post-surgical procedure care
