Post Procedure Care
Loving Care When You Need It Most.
Services include long-term, chronic illness, injury or disability care at home and are provided by nurses and therapists.
We believe there is no current need for qualitative in-home care more needed and less provided today than for Special Needs individuals and their families. Disability, illness, hospitalization and surgery often require an unexpected need for assistance, and often in unexpected ways. Whether temporary or long term, parents and guardians for special needs people may not be able to go cut the grass, prepare meals, run errands, go to a movie, go to work, get some sleep even just care for yourself. GoldLeaf very much understands this!
Many children and adults also need help living with a disability or chronic illness or recuperating after an injury or surgery. Most doctors will prescribe various care practices and therapies to combat this situation, requiring patients to see several different practitioners, try to navigate through the maize of insurance questions and cost structures. GoldLeaf has a better idea! Our Special Needs clients come to GoldLeaf for what can be a one-stop in-home solution for companion care, medical nursing care, therapies and perhaps best of all, a trusted relationship is developed through the performing of loving care. This is far easier on our patients and a God-send for their families! Whether help is needed for a few hours, a week or around the clock, in-home care can really make a difference.
Beyond daily assistance, it is important to have people around you who understand the challenges of your condition and provide support while you cope with your situation.

There is a light in this world, a healing spirit more powerful than any darkness we may encounter. We sometimes lose sight of this force when there is suffering, too much pain. Then suddenly, the spirit will emerge through the lives of ordinary people who hear a call and answer in extraordinary ways.
