How are services for this paid?
GoldLeaf coordinates and accepts reimbursement from various health insurance from around the country. We can also work with veterans benefits, workers compensation, other government programs, private health insurance, long-term care insurance, auto insurance, and HMOs. We also accept private pay. Our goal is to give you added peace of mind by simplifying the process. We have reimbursement specialists who can handle all the paperwork for you, contact insurance companies to determine levels of home health coverage, and then bill the appropriate plan directly. We also help in accessing reimbursement from long-term care insurance providers.
Are you available 24/7?
Yes. We can provide services up to 24 hours a day and there is always a local on-call manager who can answer your questions and address any concerns after hours. The on-call manager also provides around-the-clock clinical support for your GoldLeaf PartnerCare team while they are providing care in the home.
